Every 5 mins for 30 minutes (6 sets), each team must perform:

30 Deadlifts, 225/155lbs. 50 Wallball Shots, 20/14lbs. Max Pushups with remainder of time *score is total pushups *1 athlete works at a time

A. For time: 15 Power Snatches@75/55lbs. Rest 1 mins 10 Power Snatches@115/75lbs. Rest 1 min 5 Power Snatches@135/95lbs. Rest 1 min 10 Power Snatches@115/75lbs Rest 1 min 15 Power Snatches@75/55lbs. *Make note on the time for each set.

B. For time: 12 HSPU 24 Double-unders Rest 3 mins X 5 *all rounds should be under 1 min. Reduce HSPU if necessary

A.3 Position Clean (above knee, below knee, floor) X 5 sets@75% of clean

B. 2 Dips + 1 Jerk, X 5 sets@80%
