B. “Open WOD 13.5”  AMRAP 4 mins: 15 Thrusters, 100/65lbs. 15 Chest to bar Pull-ups *for every 3 rounds completed under 4 mins, time will extend an extra 4 mins *Athletes who cannot complete 3 rounds under 4 mins, rest 4 mins, and repeat

C. Skill work of choice, 15 minutes
