A1. 1-Arm DB press, 5×8/arm A2. 80m Farmers Carry, 5 Sets

B. Teams of 3 complete for time: 800m Carry 60 Object over Shoulder 40 Cal Bike 20 SB Squats (each person of team) X 3 Rounds



Barbell Club

A. Power Clean 7×1@90%

B. Hang Clean 5×2@80%

C. Every 2 mins for 5 sets: Front Squat + 2 Split Jerks@80% CJ
