Barbell Club

A. 3 Position Power Clean + Power Jerk X 5 sets

B. 2 Clean Pulls + Hang Clean & Jerk X 5 sets

C. Every 2 mins, for 10 mins (5 sets) Clean & Jerk 90-100%

D. Front Squat 2-2-2-2
