Workout of the Day


5 rounds for time: 20 Wallball Shots, 20/14lbs. 20 Burpees over human 200m Run *parnter must be in a forearm plank during the burpee *athletes can step over for burpee *athletes will alternate every 10 wallballs/burpees and will run 200m together

Barbell Club

A. 3 Snatch Pulls + 1 Tall Snatch X 5 sets *stay light and work on smooth bar path and speed underneath

B. Snatch + OHS X 5 sets *building

C. Snatch Balance 5×1@100%
