C. Every 3 mins, for 15 mins (5 sets): 15 Cal. AB 45 Double-unders



Barbell Club

Tall Snatch Warmup A. Snatch Balance, build up to 100%

B. 3 Hang Power Snatches + 1 OHS X 3 sets

C. No hook no feet snatch, build to 85% then… Every 90 seconds, for 5 sets: 1 Snatch@90%

D. Snatch Pull (pause at knee) 4×2@110%
