AMRAP 30 minutes: 15 plate G2OH, 45/35 12 plate OH lunges, 445/35 9 burpees to a plate

*partner 1 will start the AMRAP as Partner 2 goes on a 400m run. When partner 2 returns from the run, they will pick up on the AMRAP where Partner 1 left off and Partner 1 will go out on the run.*
